Tory N. Delpierre
Tory N. Delpierre represents clients throughout the Hampton Roads area and the Eastern Shore of Virginia. She primarily practices in Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach and Northampton and Accomack Counties on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
Ms. Delpierre is an experienced litigator with significant jury trial experience. Her practice focuses on the areas of criminal and family law. In addition to her private practice, Ms. Delpierre works as a part-time attorney for the Norfolk Public Defender's Office.

Ms. Delpierre grew up in Norfolk and attended Norfolk Public Schools. After graduating from Maury High School, she went to the University of Virginia where she majored in History. Following her UVA graduation, Ms. Delpierre relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida to attend Stetson University College of Law where she received her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Trial Advocacy.
She currently resides in Norfolk with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she and her family enjoy traveling with their family and friends.
